This hotel is a gem in the heart of London, with fantastic facilities and very good standard at breakfast. The service provided was exceptional, giving above and beyond what is expected, making our stay comfortable and the food fantastic. The location is superb, close to Bond Street tube and in a very nice area of London. However, some staff members were extremely unhelpful, especially the manager who has not responded to our concerns.
